By accessing or using AsheoCloud services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

AsheoCloud provides virtual private server (VPS) hosting services primarily designed for game servers. Our services include server provisioning, DDoS protection, and technical support as described on our website.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify AsheoCloud of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AsheoCloud services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes but is not limited to:

• Hosting content that violates intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware or engaging in hacking activities
• Conducting denial of service attacks
• Hosting content that is illegal in the United States or Germany

5. Payment and Billing

Payment for our services is due in advance of the service period. If payment is not received by the due date, the service will be automatically suspended. If the service remains unpaid for 7 days after suspension, it will be permanently terminated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time due to non-payment. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Termination

AsheoCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time for violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to services will cease and we may delete all data associated with your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

AsheoCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on our website or sending an email to the address associated with your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
