  • No payment = suspension.

4🔥 Manual / Partial Payment Rule

VERY IMPORTANT:

If service bought via: Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Direct DM AND Only partial payment done while Remaining payment is unpaid:

NO REFUND will be given
  • Service can be suspended anytime.
  • Remaining amount is still payable.

5Abuse & Prohibited Use

STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED:

  • DDoS / attacks
  • Malware / phishing
  • Botnets / proxies
  • Nulled plugins / leaked software

VIOLATION RESULTS IN:

Instant suspension + No refund

6Resource Usage (Fair Use)

You cannot:

  • Run 100% CPU continuously.
  • Overuse RAM/network.
  • Impact node stability.

Action: Throttle / suspend

7Data & Backups

  • You are responsible for backups.
  • We are NOT responsible for data loss.

8Suspension Rights

We can suspend WITHOUT notice if:

  • Abuse detected
  • Payment issue
  • Security risk

9IP & Network Changes

IPs can change anytime due to:

  • DDoS / Routing issues
  • Infrastructure upgrades

10Limitation of Liability

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Data loss
  • Service downtime
  • Direct or indirect business loss
