Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. General Refund Window
We offer a 24-hour refund window for eligible services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for a reason covered by our policy, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction. This window applies to most of our services, with the exceptions listed below.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Due to their nature, the following services and products are strictly non-refundable:
- Dedicated Servers
- Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS)
- Domain Registrations
- Any special offers, custom plans, or discounted products
Please be certain of your purchase before buying these items, as no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted if your situation meets one of the following criteria:
- Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that is verifiably on our end (e.g., server hardware failure) and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Accidental Purchases: You must report an accidental purchase within 12 hours of the transaction. This is applicable only if the service has not been used.
4. Ineligible for Refund
We will not provide refunds for:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchase.
- Services Already Used: If a service has been actively used, it is not eligible for a refund.
- Terms of Service Violations: If your service is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you forfeit any right to a refund.
5. Refund Method
If you paid for your service using a manual payment gateway through our store (e.g., specific local payment methods), any approved refunds will be processed as store credit to your AsheoCloud account. For payments made through automated gateways like PayPal or credit cards, refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
6. PayPal Subscriptions Management
When you pay for our services using PayPal, a subscription is automatically created. Please note the following important rules regarding PayPal subscriptions:
- If you cancel your subscription directly through PayPal without first requesting cancellation through our website, and your service period has not ended, your service will be immediately suspended.
- The proper cancellation procedure requires you to first submit a cancellation request through our website. Only after this request is processed will we cancel the subscription from our PayPal account.
- Failure to follow this procedure may result in service interruption and will not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our policy criteria. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
