Refund Policy

Transparent terms for cancellations and financial claims.

1Refund Window

  • Refund requests are only valid within the first 24 hours of service.
  • Policy only applies to a client's very first-time purchase.

2NON-REFUNDABLE (STRICT)

No refund will be issued under the following conditions:

  • If VPS / VDS / Dedicated-Server has been activated.
  • If any abuse is detected or the service has been heavily used.
  • Renewal payments and custom setup fees are strictly non-refundable.

Governed by: Same standard as AsheoCloud VPS rules.

3🔥 Manual Payment Rule

NO REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IF:

  • The service was purchased manually via Discord or Direct Messages.
  • Only a partial payment was initiated.

4Abuse = No Refund

If a service is suspended due to violations of our AUP (e.g., DDoS, Phishing, Nulled Plugins, Malware), the client is ineligible for a refund.

5Chargebacks

Zero Tolerance Policy

A dispute or chargeback will result in a permanent ban across all our systems and immediate termination of all active services without data recovery.

6SLA (IMPORTANT)

Credit System Disclosure:

In events where credit is due (e.g., SLA downtime breaches), we issue CREDITS ONLY. No cash or financial refunds will be provided.
