Our brand is one of our most valuable assets. These guidelines explain how to use our brand and assets correctly.
1. Overview
This document provides the official guidelines for using the AsheoCloud brand assets and trademarks. To ensure consistency and maintain the integrity of our brand, it is important that you follow these guidelines carefully. Consistent application of our brand helps people recognize and trust AsheoCloud.
2. Logo Usage
Our logo is the primary identifier of the AsheoCloud brand. It should be used consistently in all communications. Do not alter, rotate, or add effects to the logo. Always maintain a clear space around the logo to ensure its visibility and impact.
3. Color Palette
Our color palette is a key component of our brand identity. The primary colors are Sky Blue (for accents) and Black (for backgrounds), which create a modern, high-contrast look. Use these colors consistently across all materials.
4. Typography
We use two primary fonts: Orbitron for headlines to convey a futuristic, tech-forward feel, and Inter for body text to ensure readability and a clean, modern look. Please use these fonts as specified in your designs.
5. Marketing Use
When using our brand in marketing materials, ensure that the representation is professional and aligns with our brand values of performance, reliability, and innovation. Any marketing collaboration must be pre-approved by our marketing team.
6. Commercial Use
AsheoCloud branding may not be used for any commercial purpose without written consent. This includes but is not limited to merchandise, paid content, or any form of monetized product. Unauthorized use of AsheoCloud trademarks, logos, or related visuals in commercial projects is strictly prohibited. Any use of AsheoCloud assets in revenue-generating projects must be pre-approved in writing by the company's marketing or legal department.
7. Appearance and Presentation
The AsheoCloud brand must always be presented in a professional, clean, and modern manner. Sufficient padding and whitespace should be maintained around logos, text, and other branding elements to preserve clarity and hierarchy. AsheoCloud branding should never appear in cluttered, distorted, or low-quality layouts. The visual presentation should reflect the company's commitment to innovation, reliability, and performance. The brand should not be used in association with any content that promotes hate, discrimination, or unethical practices. Any modifications to color, proportion, or design are strictly prohibited.
8. Copyright and Enforcement
All AsheoCloud logos, names, and related brand assets are protected under intellectual property law. Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification of these assets constitutes a violation of copyright. AsheoCloud reserves the right to take legal or administrative action in cases of misuse. This may include issuing takedown requests, reporting violations to service providers, or pursuing legal remedies where applicable. Compliance with these guidelines ensures protection for both the brand and its partners.
